About The Author
Ambika is a healer, teacher, and artist whose work brings together classical homeopathy, psychotherapy, soul psychology, and creative expression. Trained originally at the Royal College of Art in London, she went on to study bioenergetic psychotherapy, dance, martial arts, Jungian thought, and homeopathy around the world. In 1997, she founded The Institute of Life Energy Medicine, where for many years she taught and practised a holistic approach to healing body, mind, and spirit. In a career shaped by extensive travel and spiritual study, she brings warmth, insight, and deep experience to her work.
